The rules for using the Slabbie app, hardware, and this website. Effective July 27, 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Slabbie LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Slabbie," "we," "us"). They cover the slabbieapp.com website, the Slabbie mobile app, public card pages, and Slabbie hardware and supplies (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Slabbie is a pricing, labeling, and collection-management tool for trading card collectors and sellers. It identifies graded and raw cards, shows market-based price estimates built from licensed data sources, prints price labels through a paired Bluetooth label printer, and can generate public card pages reachable by QR code.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to make purchases. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account and on your device.
Card values shown in the Service are estimates built from licensed market data and recent sales. They are provided for informational purposes only. They are not appraisals, not offers to buy or sell, and not financial or investment advice. The actual value of a card is whatever a buyer pays. You are solely responsible for the prices you set and the transactions you make.
You keep ownership of the content you add to the Service, such as your collection data, notes, and any images or logos you upload. You grant Slabbie a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to run the Service, including on labels you print and public card pages you generate. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, and we may remove content that infringes others' rights or violates these Terms.
You agree not to:
The Service, including the app, website, label designs, logos, and the Slabbie name and mascot, belongs to Slabbie LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law (patent pending, USPTO #64/079,926). These Terms do not grant you any right to use Slabbie's trademarks or branding except as the labels and card pages the Service produces for you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slabbie disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slabbie's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and Slabbie is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or harms the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 5, 6, 8, 9, and 11) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date, and material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
